The association aims to:

• Promote the understanding of Chinese culture and awareness of this population’s unique identity
• Foster a desire to learn and cherish Chinese arts adn crafts
• Raise the level of Chinese linguistics through Mandarin tuition and so to improve generational ties
• Provide a safe, secure, learning environment to enhance and nurture the Chinese community
• Identify emergent demand amongst children and parents to assist in creating a vibrant and caring community
• Establishing projects to satisfy identified needs
