The school has a head teacher — Ms Zhao, who is responsible for managing the curriculum and the teachers.   Ms Zhao is an experienced and qualified teacher who had taught Chinese to A level at Alcester Grammar School and is currently teaching at Oxford Brookes University to undergraduates.

The school has a team of  experienced teachers who had all been at the school for more than 3 years.   We regularly host teacher training sessions for new recruits and hold teacher training days to remain current,
